The Property Meld Customer Success Team is comprised of shared roles between Customer Onboarding and Support. As a new Customer, you are assigned an onboarding lead to drive implementing Property Meld and inviting your Tenants. As an existing Customer, there is a support team accessible through the following support options to handle all of your support needs.
The following are the two best ways to contact the Property Meld Customer Success Team:
Submit Support Ticket
You are able to submit a support ticket in three different ways:
- Using Submit Request provides a streamlined way to enter a request via a web form (including summary, description, and file attachments).
- Sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org generates a support ticket.
- Clicking Support button in the lower-left of the Property Meld application.
- Click Help
- Click Submit a Question
We strive to respond within one working day, although our responses are often quicker.

Live Chat is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time.
Outside this availability, the use of the Support button will result in the generation of a support ticket.
We do not offer phone support. We've found the above methods to resolve support needs much more quickly and accurately.
