Scheduling a Meld using Property Management Requested Appointment Windows
Scheduling with Text Message Response
If text messaging is enabled (e.g. opted-in), you will receive a notification to your mobile phone number as soon as the Vendor or Maintenance Technician provides appointment windows.
Reply with the number mentioned for the date and time that works for you and you will receive a notification that the Meld is now scheduled.
Scheduling with Property Meld Web Application
Click SCHEDULE for the Meld that needs to be scheduled.
Select the appointment date and time that works for you (dates with a green dot indicate more options for that day) and click SAVE.
Scheduling when Creating a New Meld
Create a new Meld.
After clicking CREATE from above, you will be prompted to select your availability.
Select the dates and times of your convenience and click REQUEST APPOINTMENT WINDOWS.
NOTE: The Vendor or Maintenance Technician will see your requested appointment dates once the Meld is accepted by the Property Manager. The Vendor or Maintenance Technician can simply accept one of the appointment times offered.
If NOT NOW is clicked (from above), click Meld and click Request Appointment to select the appointment windows.
Visible on the Meld are the dates requested.
Click Change to add more availability or change your current availability.
