Your Property Management Company has opted to upgrade the way they handle maintenance using an automated system called Property Meld.
When a property manager adds an owner (you) in their Property Meld account and turns the owner notifications on, you’ll get a “Welcome” email.
Here’s what the welcome email looks like:
You can set your own notifications by clicking on the “Manage your notification preferences here” link.
If enabled, you as an owner will receive notifications when:
- a Meld has been received AND assigned.
- a Meld has been scheduled.
- a Meld has been completed.

Chatting / Messaging
Based on your notification settings, The Property Manager can send you a secure message directly to your email or, optionally, via text message. You can directly respond to that email or text. When you respond, it’s automatically documented on the chat dialogue for your property.
