As a Property Manager, you can schedule a Meld on behalf of the Tenant when the Vendor provides the availability and when the Tenant cannot access Property Meld directly.
The following provides a recommended process and step-by-step instructions.
- Contact the Tenant by one of the following methods
- Provide the time slots that were picked by the Vendor and ask if the Tenant is available at any of those times.
- After the Tenant chooses a date/time from the provided appointment times, the Property Manager can schedule the Meld.
Click Melds and open the specific Meld.
Click Select Tenant Appointment.
Select the appointment date and time that works for you (dates with a green dot indicate more options for that day) and click SAVE.
NOTE: If the Vendor available dates don't work for the Tenant, click REQUEST MORE AVAILABILITY.
