When a vendor provides appointment options to a tenant, how can I select a time on behalf of them?
If the Tenant presence is required for a Meld and the tenant is not able to pick an appointment time, as a property manager you can pick a date on behalf of your tenants from the dates picked by the vendor.
1. Contact the Tenant, refer to this article for How to Find Tenant's Contact information?
2. Provide the time slots that were picked by the Vendor and ask if the Tenant is available at any of those times.
3. After the Tenant chooses a date and time from the provided appointment times, the property manager can schedule the meld.
a) Open the Meld, click "Options" and click "Select Tenant Appointment".
b) Choose a date and time that was chosen by the Tenant and click "Save".
Note: If a property manager just wants to dictate the time, there is an option to "schedule" which ultimately selects a free-form time without constraints.
