If you are trying to request different appointment times that the Vendor initially provided, please follow the steps below.
NOTE: Clicking RESCHEDULE will only show the dates and times that were provided by the Vendor. There is no option to select a different appointment window.
Click Request Appointment to provide Vendor with more appointment windows.
Select the dates and times. Click REQUEST APPOINTMENT WINDOWS.
IMPORTANT: The Vendor does not receive a notification with newly requested appointment window(s). It is recommended that you use Chat to inform the Vendor about the new appointment window(s) are being requested.
