If you would like to inform your residents of the protocal for emergencies, you can do so by setting up your 'Emergency Contact' information.
1. Click the gear icon on top right and go to "Account Settings".
2. Click on "Emergency Contact".
3. Check the box that provides the link to the tenants and put the emergency contact name and number. Click "Save". This will allow the tenants to see the information you have provided.
4. When tenants are submitting a work request, they can now view the protocol for emergencies:

Now the tenants can follow the emergency procedure to make sure the situation is handled correctly.
