Here are instructions on how any user (including Admin, Agent, Maintenance, Tenant, and Vendor) can reset their password.
From Login page (app.propertymeld.com), click Forgot your password?
Enter the email address that was used to Register.
The user will receive a notification email with instructions on how to reset their password.
HINT: If you do NOT receive an email to reset, make sure you have done the following:
- Verified you are inputting the correct spelling of your email address.
- Used the Registered email associated with your user account; if the email is not registered with Property Meld, the user will not receive an email.
