If a tenant requests an invite, it means that Property Meld has already attempted to locate them in the system. If their information isn't in the system, you will receive a notification about a tenant requesting an invite.
If you click the link, it will take you to the 'REQUESTS' screen:
i. Log into your Property Meld account
ii. Select Tenants section at the top of your screen
iii. Click the 'REQUESTS' sub menu
You can either a) send them an invitation or b) delete their request. To grant them access, click the 'SEND INVITATION' button:
You can search the tenants that are currently in the system by typing her name in the 'PICK A TENANT' section. Simply type their name and select them from the list. Then click 'INVITE'.
