If you're a property manager, and you want to define a certain segment of properties to only be viewable by certain users, you can do that utilizing property groups.
When a user is assigned to a property group, they will receive all notifications in regards to repairs with those properties, as well as have access to all residents and unit history within those property groups as well.

1. Click on the gear icon at the top-right of your screen and select 'USER MANAGEMENT':
2. Navigate to the user you wish to manage, then click the gear icon on the right side of the screen associated with their name. Select 'MANAGE PROPERTY GROUPS':
3. Use the (+) and (-) signs to add or remove property groups that this particular user can see. Be sure and click 'SAVE CHANGES' at the bottom:
