Property Meld has its own statuses and you have your own statuses (maybe custom) in your RM12 account. This article will cover how to correlate those two so your information in RM12 is updated as you see fit.
1. Log in to your app.propertymeld.com account.
2. Click the Gear icon at the top-right and select 'INTEGRATIONS':
3. Click on the RentManager tile:
4. Select the 'MELDS' tab within the settings:
5. Select which status in RM12 (drop-down) are correlated with the Property Meld statuses (left):
And voila! Now all your statuses will be updated in RM12!
