In Property Meld, you are able to enable texting to receive communication and even (as vendors) new work requests via text message. Our system automatically asks residents and vendors to opt-in for texting at the beginning of Property Meld usage.
If you didn't enable texting, this article will tell you how. If you already have enabled but need to change your phone number, click here: [xxx]
1. Log into your app.propertymeld.com account.
2. Click on the gear icon at the top-right and select 'ACCOUNT SETTINGS':
3. Click on the 'CONTACT' tab to ensure your cell phone number is listed correctly:
4. Click the 'NOTIFICATIONS' tab to enable text messaging:
Voila! You will now receive text messages to your cell phone!
