User Groups allow certain agents to be involved on a particular request. This article will cover how to assign a meld to a User Group.
Note - to assign a meld to a User Group, you must first create a group. Please click here for instructions on creating a User Group.
1. Log into your Property Meld account.
2a. When assigning a meld, simply check the box that says 'ASSIGN USER GROUPS' and select the appropriate groups:
2b. You can also edit the user group attached to a meld at any point by going to the 'CONTACTS' tab and clicking 'SELECT USER GROUPS':
Congrats! Now that meld will only send notifications to those specific user groups!
